The method I had been using to send the form data stopped working.  I switched to a more reliable method which still does not work. I decided to use the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) process. Just send me an email at the address you find on QRZ.

If you want to be added to the roster send me:

callsign

first name  last name

name you go by

street address

city, state zip

telephone number (will not be posted on the website, but you can skip it)

birthday (Month-Day) you can skip this if you don”t want to give it

optional comment or message
